In a fast-paced world, people and companies have little time to waste.  The management and staff of Tracy Embroidery both realize and appreciate this.  Our commitment is to turn product around for our clients as fast as possible.  Our embroidery professionals are trained and prepared to take our clients from the first contact to the final product in a quick and efficient manner without sacrificing quality or service.  We believe in efficiency when conducting business and communication when dealing with our clients.

Quality is of utmost importance to the staff of Tracy Embroidery.  The very best way to value our clients is to provide a quality product.  We are proud of our work and realize it is a key both to our success and growth as a company.  Our embroidery staff brings nearly 25 years of embroidery experience to our clients.   We make it company policy to keep up with the industry's latest trends as well as be committed to industry education and to employ skilled people and technologies to meet our client's needs.

Our company is only as good as our satisfied clients.  The key here is service.  Not only is service one of our Pillars, but also it is put into practice on a daily basis.  First and foremost, our clients are treated with high respect.  Second, we listen to our client's wants and needs and make the best possible attempts to deliver on those wants and needs.  Lastly, we provide the very best convenience possible by offering a prime location with plenty of parking and a comfortable reception area that allows the client a designated place to make their decisions on apparel and design.   We are committed to the total satisfaction of our clients.  And with this comes a commitment to accountability.  We stand behind all the work we do.  We will do what we have to in order for our clients to be satisfied.  Part of that is preparation.  We ensure quality set up and digitizing and prepare a sample sew out for our client's review and approval before beginning work.

Tracy Embroidery believes in fairness at all levels of our business including pricing.  For us, pricing is a win-win for both the company and the client.  It is important to us that the client be given good product choices and quality work in exchange for a fair price.  In addition, we have set up pricing policies and parameters that ensure that our pricing is both fair and consistent.  We believe and we are committed that our clients will never be gouged.  Further, Tracy Embroidery offers special pricing to SCHOOLS, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, LEAGUES AND TEAMS.  Please contact us so that we can share the parameters of this program.
